InsightFusion Tech (“we”) is a consultancy operated by Surenjanath Singh from San Fernando, Trinidad and Tobago. This page explains what we collect when you use https://insightfusiontech.com or send an inquiry.
What we collect
If you use the Initiate Project form, we receive the name, email, optional organization, and message you submit. We also see standard request metadata (such as IP address) used only to rate-limit spam.
How we use it
Inquiries are emailed to contact@insightfusiontech.com so we can reply about the work you described. We do not sell personal data, run advertising pixels, or share form submissions with third parties for marketing.
Who processes it
The site is hosted on Cloudflare. Form delivery uses Resend. Those processors see the data only to operate those services.
How long we keep it
We keep inquiry emails as long as needed to respond and, if we work together, to run the engagement. You can ask us to delete an inquiry that did not become a project.
